SaloneTerms of use
These terms govern your use of Salone, developed by Zenocta Solutions. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to the Privacy policy.
1. What Salone is
Salone is a business tool for salons, barber shops and spas: calendar and appointments, a public booking page, billing, clients, staff and reports. You must be at least 18 and authorised to use it for your business.
If you use Salone as a customer to find a salon and book, you must be at least 18. A booking is an arrangement between you and the salon: Salone passes it on, is not a party to it, does not take payment and does not promise a time or a service. The salon’s own cancellation rules apply, and you can cancel or move a booking in the app until the cut-off the salon sets.
2. Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
3. Your data
Your salon’s records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the app. You are responsible for entering accurate information and for having the right to hold your clients’ details, including telling them how you use them and respecting a client who does not want to be contacted.
4. Your business responsibilities
Salone does not replace your obligations. You remain responsible for your tax registration, the tax rates and invoice details you configure, filing returns, and the accuracy of every invoice you issue. Tax settings in Salone are configurable and are not tax advice; check them with your chartered accountant. Always check an appointment, price and payment before you confirm it.
5. Bookings and payments
Salone records the payments you tell it about (cash, UPI, card or other) and can show your own UPI QR. It does not collect or hold money for you and cannot see whether a UPI payment was made. Booking times are calculated by our servers from the hours, breaks and time off you set; you are responsible for keeping those settings correct. We do not promise any reduction in missed appointments.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access another salon’s data, no interference with the service or the booking page, no sending of unwanted messages to clients, and no entering of data you have no right to hold.
7. Availability
We work to keep Salone available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. Keep your own copies of records you must retain.
8. Our rights
The app, its name and the Zenocta Solutions marks belong to Zenocta Solutions. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
10. Paid plans

11. Liability
